To make an outside call.

From a feature phone, press line CO1 or Co2 or CO3 , and dial your number.
From an extn phone, press 9 ( for an outside line) 81 for line 1 and 82 for line 2 & 83 for line 3.

To Transfer an incoming call.

Press the transfer button feature phone.( Use the recall button from a 2-wire extn.)
Press the dss button ( feature phone) or the extn number. (101-108)
Replace your handset.
Or wait for answer if you want to announce the call and then hang up.

To make an intercom call.

Lift the handset.
Press the dss button (feature phone)
Press the extn number you require.
Press 0 to contact reception

To use speed dial numbers.

Lift off.
Press Auto dial store.
Access code e.g. 01.

2-wire extns.
Lift off.
Press *
Code e.g. 01

Call pickup

Dial 40.

Call forwarding

To cancel 710 #
